TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
1. This machine is driven by servo motor device, high efficiency and energy saving.
2. Adopting ruby lamp heating, strong penetration, bottle embryo heating uniformity and stability, saving 30%-40% of electricity, lamp holder reflector width, distance can be adjusted, when the different structure of the bottle embryo heating.
3. The whole machine is equipped with automatic alarm, automatic fault detection and judgment function, convenient and quick maintenance.
4. The machine is equipped with pneumatic components of famous brands such as German FESTO, American Parker, Japanese SMC, Taiwan AirTAC, Taiwan Mindman, etc., which has the advantages of high sensitivity, fast switching speed, low failure, safe and reliable operation, and so on.
5. Adopting LCD touch panel human-machine interface control program, with stable performance, simple and intuitive operation, convenient and fast and so on.
6. Air circuit design: action and blowing are divided into two parts to meet the demand of different air pressure for bottle blowing and action to realize high air pressure blowing products.
7. Unique clamping structure with high pressure boosting, strong clamping force, smooth action, fast opening and closing speed, easy to install the mold, quick replacement.
8. Unique patented sealing technology ensures that the gas is prevented from overflowing when blowing bottles at high air pressure, which is conducive to product molding. Meet the different size of bottle mouth, no need to replace the sealing device.
