TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
1. This machine is controlled by imported computer and PLC control, which has the advantages of precise performance, strong stability and simple operation.
2. It is heated by infrared lamps with strong penetration and even heating, and the width and height of the reflecting plate can be adjusted, which can be suitable for heating bottle blanks with different wall thickness.
3. The action and blowing are divided into two parts to meet the demand of different air pressure for bottle blowing and action to realize high air pressure blowing products.
4. Imported well-known brand pneumatic components, with high sensitivity, high control accuracy, fast response, fast switching speed, low failure rate, safe and reliable operation.
5. Adopting double curved arm mold structure, strong clamping force, smooth and reliable action.
6. Wide mouth model adopts adjustable billet bracket, suitable for heating billets of different caliber.
