TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
The injection table support adopts high-precision double linear guide rails with low friction coefficient, low and uniform injection and plasticizing resistance, faster injection speed and suitable for precise injection molding.
High-strength box-type templates analyzed by finite element analysis ensure uniform force and small deformation coefficient, prolonging the service life of the mold. The opening and closing molds are equipped with the same service valve as standard, which makes the opening and closing mold control more flexible and ensures the stability of mold protection.
For PET bottle embryo molding process and special optimization design of double cylinder balance ejector structure, ejector force is bigger, ejector speed is faster, ejector is more stable.

1. Adopting infrared nano heating ring, fast heating, good heat preservation performance, power saving over 30%, can avoid the bad plasticizing phenomenon due to inaccurate temperature control during the production process of the products.
2. The injection volume is increased by 50% compared with the conventional machine, equipped with high torque PET special melting motor, the plasticizing efficiency is higher and the melting cycle is shorter.
3. The optimized design of the screw barrel structure for PET machine and the seamless connection with the data of the corresponding working components can realize the working operation of lower plasticizing pressure, lower current and higher capacity.
